Your Impact

You’ll take real ownership over core backend and platform components powering AI systems at scale. From design to production, you’ll build, shape, and evolve critical features in a modern Python & Go codebase.

Responsibilities

✔ 8+ years building and operating production-grade backend systems

✔ Expert-level Python or Go with strong async and concurrency skills

✔ Deep experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and real-world performance tuning

✔ Hands-on production Kubernetes experience (deployment, debugging, platform tooling)

✔ End-to-end ownership mindset: design → deploy → operate → evolve

✔ Strong product mindset — ability to translate requirements into scalable systems

✔ Solid distributed systems fundamentals with reliability ownership

✔ ML/AI experience — advantage
