COMBLACK is recruiting an IT Process & Excellence Specialist for a leading technology division within a major financial organization in central Israel.
This is a cross-functional, impactful role at the heart of a technology transformation, bridging business, processes, and development teams, with a focus on performance improvement and accelerating delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or leading significant change in an Agile tech environment
- Strong expertise in Jira (Business Admin level: Workflows, Automations, Boards, Plans, JQL)
- Practical understanding of Agile and the software development lifecycle
- Business-technology orientation and ability to work with development teams
- Relevant academic background in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
Bonus:
- PMO experience, writing procedures, and leading process implementation
