Job Description
A fast-growing defense-technology drone company is looking for an experienced International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead global business development, sales channels, and marketing activities.
What You’ll Do
- Drive international sales opportunities and expand the global customer base
- Manage CRM, customer communication, and long-term relationships
- Build partnerships with agents/distributors and work with SIBAT, Export Institute & government entities
- Lead company participation in global exhibitions and follow up on leads/opportunities
- Run the full sales cycle: opportunity, proposals, pricing, negotiation & closing
- Manage digital marketing (social media, website, newsletters)
- Develop marketing materials: presentations, brochures, videos
- Coordinate export-control requests with DECA
- Work closely with R&D/engineering to adapt solutions to customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/communications
- 3+ years of international sales & marketing experience
- Advantage: defense/robotics/UAS background, experience with SIBAT & government bodies
- Native-level English; additional languages – advantage
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Availability for international travel
