Castro-Hoodies Group is looking for a talented and experienced Senior PPC Manager.
What does the role include?
Managing, optimizing, and maximizing ROI for large-scale campaigns across Facebook, Google, and additional platforms.
Setting up and managing ongoing, high-frequency performance campaigns.
Data analysis and leading ROAS-driven PPC strategy for sales campaigns.
Building a long-term digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on the customer journey.
Working collaboratively with the eCommerce site managers and marketing managers.
Managing brand media plans in coordination with the group’s marketing leaders.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience managing PPC across Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with strong emphasis on eCommerce and retail – must.
Strong analytical thinking, numerical understanding, and high creativity.
Deep strategic thinking in digital marketing.
High self-learning ability and passion for new technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, report, and derive insights.
Familiarity with Google Analytics – required.
Experience with Supermetrics – significant advantage.
Experience implementing pixels and automation processes – advantage.
