Distributor Relations & Account Manager

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we seek a Distributor Relations & Account Manager to join our Manufacturing team in Herzliya.

As a Distributor Relations & Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the support of the brand's worldwide communications with distributors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Customer Service point of contact for global distributors, ensuring responsive, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
• Provide hands-on customer support to distributors, resolving issues efficiently and offering guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collect, review, and analyze distributor reports related to product performance, service cases, and operational matters, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes with internal teams to address distributor requirements efficiently.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with distributors.
• Support new product initiatives by engaging with customers and pilot users, gathering feedback, and identifying issues and opportunities.
• Process and consolidate information related to new product projects and transfer insights to relevant teams.
• Support spare parts management by defining spare parts needs per product based on reported issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service roles, ideally interacting with distributors, partners, or international clients.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Analytical and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and processes simultaneously.
• Ability to translate feedback and data from distributors into actionable insights for internal teams.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.
