Technology Procurement Buyer

A leading financial organization is looking for a Technology Procurement Buyer to join its procurement team, focusing on software, cloud, and technology services sourcing.

The role involves managing the full procurement lifecycle from demand identification through contracting and delivery working with leading vendors and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology procurement processes
• Source and evaluate vendors and lead commercial negotiations
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Finance, etc.)
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and market trends
• Work with procurement systems (SAP / SRM)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technology procurement (software/cloud/IT)
• Familiarity with IT vendors and technology sourcing processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• High level of English
• Experience with SAP/SRM - an advantage
• Legal background - an advantage
