Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the on-site technical and operations team
- Full responsibility for site maintenance systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Oversight of all electro-mechanical systems: electricity, HVAC, general maintenance, and infrastructure
- Manage contractors and service providers, including negotiations and ongoing performance monitoring
- Supervise contractor work, ensure compliance with service agreements and SLAs
- Implement, maintain, and enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Manage and lead technical projects on-site
- Build and manage the annual maintenance budget, including budget control vs. execution
Requirements
- Certified Master Electrician License – mandatory
- Very high level of English – daily communication with international stakeholders
- Availability for emergency calls 24/7, as needed
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing maintenance operations in medium to large-scale sites
- Strong knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems
- Proven experience with essential maintenance systems, including: Electrical panels, UPS systems and batteries, Generators, Fire detection and suppression systems, Elevators
- High level of computer literacy (all standard office and management systems)
