Help Desk Specialist

What will you do?

▪ Install, maintain, and upgrade end-user workstations across the organization

▪ Implement and enforce information security policies on all devices and users

▪ Deliver on-site and remote technical support to employees company-wide

▪ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues

What are we looking for?

✔ 3+ years of proven experience in Help Desk / Technical Support

✔ Hands-on experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory

✔ Strong knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

✔ Experience working with ticketing systems (Service Desk Plus – preferred)

✔ Strong networking knowledge and experience with network & hardware configurations

✔ Ability to work under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong advantage:

⭐ MCITP / MCSE certifications

⭐ Experience with ManageEngine tools (OPManager, Endpoint Central, ADManager)

⭐ Experience with Fortinet products (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, Virtual Appliances)
