We are looking for a hands-on CRM Implementer with 2–3 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions, including business process analysis and writing functional specification documents. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality CRM implementations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure CRM systems based on business requirements
• Analyze and map business processes and translate them into system solutions
• Write detailed functional and system specification documents (BRD / FSD)
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with customers and stakeholders
• Support end-to-end CRM projects, from analysis through go-live
• Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for CRM solutions

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a CRM Implementer
• Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Experience writing functional specification documents (BRD, FSD)
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM)
• Experience with SAP CRM – advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
