Join a large organization and take part in leading digital learning initiatives that impact thousands of users.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Project Manager to join the Moodle team and lead end-to-end digital course projects while ensuring high quality and system excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading digital course development projects on the Moodle platform
• Providing ongoing technological guidance to content providers throughout development stages
• Performing QA and acceptance testing (including writing test scenarios) before production release
• Managing bugs and improvement requests מול software vendors and tracking resolution
• Administering and operating Moodle sites (settings, categories, courses, configurations)
• Supporting system upgrades and new feature implementations
• Writing and maintaining user guides, procedures, and documentation
• Monitoring tasks, processes, and project status
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience managing IT/technology projects – Mandatory
• Experience in digital projects / information systems
• Strong technological orientation and ability to perform end-to-end testing
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
• Independent, proactive, and able to drive processes forward
