Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with clients in the field of pension plans and health insurance. Daily responsibilities include building client relationships, identifying their needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and driving revenue growth. You will also oversee client account management and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies. Proficiency in Russian is essential for effective communication with the target community.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to identify client needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Proficiency in Russian and English for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge or willingness to learn about pension plans, health insurance, and regulatory compliance in Israel.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to drive results and build trust.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance or financial sector, is highly advantageous.
