Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end automation workflows in cloud environments (AWS primary).
- Develop and maintain internal tooling and reusable frameworks.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Set up observability: logging, monitoring, alerting, and tracing.
- Identify manual/fragile processes and automate them.
- Consider system-wide impact in every change you make.
Requirements:
- 3–5 Years of Experience in Automation & Tooling Development.
- Familiarity with one of the cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Coding experience in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, or C++).
- IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems and how services interact.
- System-thinking mindset – you see beyond the immediate task.
- Focus on reliability, stability, and maintainable code.
- Nice to Have: Experience with LLM-based / intelligent automation.
- Background in observability and performance optimization
- Building internal platforms or reusable frameworks.
- Security-oriented mindset and cloud security knowledge.
