ML Data Analysis Lead

Persona.ly is a global company developing machine-learning models to predict user behavior in mobile apps.

We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets, including Japan, China, Russia, the USA, and South Korea.

We assist with user acquisition and retargeting growth efforts, providing data-driven insights based on our predictive models. Our models process over 4 million transactions per second and utilize more than 70 data points.

We are looking for a Product Data Analysis Lead to join our RTB product team at our HQ

at the Science Park of Rehovot.

As our Data Lead, you will take full ownership of our data analysis workflows and strategic decision-making. You will conduct rigorous comparative performance analysis between diverse model architectures, balancing accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency to ensure our predictive engine remains world-class. You’ll dive deep into large-scale datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that directly steer our product roadmap. This role is for a deep-diver who will master conversion funnels, attribution data, and user behavior patterns to drive measurable product growth.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years as a senior data function working in high-scale, data-intensive tech environments.
• Startup mentality: Sense of urgency, accountability, hands-on, self-driven
• Strong SQL and Python skills, comfortable using LLMs for analysis and scaling work
• Strong attention to detail
• Mobile marketing or gaming experience - an advantage
• Fluent English
