Platform/DevOps Team Leader

Cybersecurity Startup developing enterprise cloud environment platforms in real-time is seeking an experienced, innovative leader to manage a small but powerful DevOps/Platform engineers team in the Central Area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Platform DevOps team, combining hands-on technical leadership with mentorship, hiring, and people development.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of platform infrastructure delivery, including architecture, CI/CD, observability, and production readiness.
• Build internal platforms and tooling that enable engineering and customer-facing teams to move fast and safely.

Requirements — Must:

• 1+ years of experience managing a Platform / DevOps team in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Platform / DevOps engineer with software development experience using a high-level language (Python or Go).
• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including networking, Helm charts, and autoscaling.
• Strong experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Background in high-scale or distributed systems.
• Solid background in Linux administration and Bash scripting.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
• Experience working with databases (Aurora RDS ).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.
• Familiarity with startup growth challenges — scaling systems, teams, and processes.
