About the Company

Overall responsibility for project management and a team of project managers in the Palvem Security Division, from the initial dialogue with the client through receiving the order to delivering to the client with the expected quality, time and budget while managing the relevant risks and resources (plant and KBM).

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of project managers: prioritizing tasks, resolving crises, working on interfaces within the team and between the various departments.
• Full responsibility towards the company and the client for meeting all project goals (scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk management).
• Responsibility for preparing work plans for projects, setting milestones within the organization and with the client, and ongoing monitoring of project progress.
• Responsibility for communication with all relevant functions of the client.
• Representing the client's needs with the company and the company with the client.
• Managing crises and unusual events during the execution phase.
