Strategic Procurement Buyer

We’re recruiting for a large financial organization a Strategic Procurement Buyer for a role that sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and business performance - where supplier management meets measurable savings and cross-organizational impact.

What you’ll do

• Source, qualify and onboard new vendors

• Lead negotiations and deliver cost-reduction targets

• Manage cross-company contracts (Marketing, HR, Logistics, IT and more)

• Track supplier KPIs and drive performance improvements

• Identify risks and improve procurement processes

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic / operational procurement

• Experience working in large organizations (800+ employees)

• Proven negotiation skills and management of complex agreements

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Business / Industrial Engineering / Logistics)

• Fluent Hebrew & high-level English

Full-time position (availability for extended hours when needed)
