The Role

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability and stability of IT infrastructure and information systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining servers (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting – Tier 3)

• Ensuring infrastructure availability and disaster recovery readiness (DR)

• Managing storage systems and active networking equipment

• Administering LAN infrastructure – Switches & VLANs

• Identity management (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP)

• Implementing security policies and hardening procedures

• Backup management and recovery processes

• Working under strict governmental information security standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in System Administration

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

• Proven experience with VMware ESXi / vCenter at a high level

• Hands-on experience managing Aruba switches (VLANs, Port Security – CLI/GUI)

• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

• Experience managing Office 365 (Users, Exchange Online)
