System Analyst

Matrix is hiring an experienced Systems Analyst to join the Digital Infrastructure Systems Analysis team within a leading financial organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technology environment, leading complex end-to-end analysis processes and translating business requirements into precise functional and technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design complex technological solutions in Distributed Systems and Microservices environments
• Write functional and technical specification documents (HLD/SDD), including Web & Mobile client interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Development, Security, Architecture, and Product teams
• Design and model data structures (Data Modeling) across SQL and NoSQL platforms
• Support the full SDLC lifecycle, from initiation and requirements through production deployment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Systems Analyst
• Development background with prior hands-on software development experience
• Proven experience analyzing and designing Microservices-based systems
• Strong understanding of API design (REST/gRPC) and complex integrations
• Familiarity with the financial/banking domain – a significant advantage
