Business Development Intern at a Leading Real Estate Company JB-4913

A leading real estate marketing company is looking for an intern for a business development position under the company's CEO.

The position is suitable for candidates interested in developing in the real estate field and in a business development role that combines analytical capabilities, initiative to open doors, creativity and administrative capabilities.

The role includes:

Managing the CEO's business development schedule - prioritizing tasks, follow-up, monitoring execution and meeting deadlines.

Preparing marketing proposals for entrepreneurs.

Monitoring and controlling marketing agreement negotiations with entrepreneurs, including weekly status, knowledge of the stage each agreement is in.

Working with the Salesforce system - opening B2B opportunities, ongoing updating of tasks.

Assisting in business development and monitoring projects.

Performing market surveys and providing relevant business information before meetings, preparing presentation materials as needed.

Coordinating activities PR

Recording minutes of meetings - drafting, distributing and monitoring the implementation of decisions.

Driving business processes in the organization with the help of the office manager." "Bachelor's degree in Law/Business Administration/Economics (commercial education) - required

Master's degree or student - an advantage

Full control of Office programs with an emphasis on Excel and PP - required.

Control of social media, recognition and use of AI tools - required.

Experience in the field of real estate - an advantage.

Ability to work independently and the ability to promote processes and tasks.

High service awareness and good human relations.

Ability to be precise and pay attention to details.

Ability to express oneself at a high level in writing and orally.
