Geopolitical Risk Project Lead

Alice.io is seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to lead strategic research initiatives focused on disinformation, incitement, hate speech, and harmful online narratives.

This role combines research oversight, operational leadership, and rapid-response coordination.

You will manage complex workflows, delegate assignments, ensure high-quality intelligence delivery, and serve as a key point of contact for clients & cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, makes sound decisions quickly, and communicates clearly in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end research projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of analytical quality, accuracy, and clarity in reporting.
• Coordinate real-time responses to emerging online threats and sensitive incidents.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and risk signals.
• Produce structured weekly and ad hoc reports in fluent English and Hebrew.
• Continuously improve workflows.
• Present and communicate intelligence briefs and findings to clients
• Manage client communication and relations

Requirements

• Native-level English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and high responsiveness.
• Strong decision-making ability under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Technologically minded and solutions-oriented.
• Academic background in Politics, International Relations, Security Studies, or related fields.

Advantage

• Fluency in Arabic, French, Russian, or Spanish.
• Experience in OSINT, Trust & Safety, threat intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience in crisis-response or operational environments.
