Job Description:

A leading private company is seeking a Controller for a challenging and meaningful role that combines financial and accounting responsibilities within a dynamic business environment.

This is a newly created position, reporting directly to the CFO, offering strong opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Location: Tiberias, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all departments.
• Cash flow management, working capital oversight, and cost structure optimization to ensure financial stability and flexibility.
• Professional management and leadership of the bookkeeping team.
• Performing financial analyses and preparing management reports for the various companies within the group, as required.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller – Mandatory (experience in a commercial company is an advantage)
• Ability to lead processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Assertiveness and strong decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Excel
