Russian speaking Online Casino Operations & Performance Manager (iGambling - White Label)

We are looking for a results-driven Russian speaking Operations & Performance Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and commercial performance of a White Label online casino.

This role combines operational leadership, performance analytics, financial oversight, and affiliate management within a fast-paced iGaming environment.

• Oversee daily operations and commercial performance of the White Label online casino (platform stability, KPIs, revenue performance).
• Take ownership of key performance metrics including GGR, NGR, conversion, retention, and affiliate efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operational roadmaps; proactively identify risks and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, commission calculations, and partner payments.
• Oversee financial operations including cash flow control, invoicing, and budget forecasting.
• Coordinate external vendors (platform providers, development, design, content, translations).
• Ensure accurate implementation of analytics tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Lead operational meetings and maintain clear documentation of processes.

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming, online casino, betting, or affiliate-driven business.
• Proven experience in operations, performance management, or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of online casino KPIs (GGR, NGR, CPA, LTV, conversion, retention).
• Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills (reporting, financial calculations, KPI analysis).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience working with White Label casino platforms.
• Experience in affiliate program management.
• Financial operations background (cash flow, commissions, VAT).
• Hebrew — an advantage.
