Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Specialist based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the option for partial remote work. The Technical Specialist will provide critical technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, problem-solving, documenting technical processes, and delivering excellent customer service. The position holds responsibility for ensuring optimal performance of filling and packaging systems while addressing technical challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications

✅ Completed technical training in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / related field

✅ Experience in technical field service (experience in the food & beverage industry is a big plus)

✅ Strong knowledge in control technologies, especially:

• Siemens TIA Portal

• Xenon

• Motion Control

• Pilz

✅ Flexibility to travel for on-site client support and training as needed

✅ Customer-oriented mindset and independent aworking style

✅ Good English skills
