Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Officer located in Caesarea. The Project Management Officer will oversee and coordinate ongoing projects, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders. The role involves evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

The position is part of a strategic, three-year Oracle Cloud ERP implementation program within a leading international company. The PMO will support large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, standardization, risk management, and alignment with global business objectives throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating data and project outcomes
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
• Ability to operate efficiently within an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in business transformation or information systems projects is an advantage
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a PMO
