We are expanding and looking for someone who can open doors, connect people, and grow our client base!
What will you actually do?
- Hunting: Identify and acquire new companies
- End-to-End: Manage the full sales cycle from first call to contract signing
- Growth: Identify business opportunities and maintain relationships with HR leaders and CEOs
- The Bridge: Work closely with our recruitment team to fill high-quality positions

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience — required
- Familiarity with the recruitment/staffing industry
- Knowledge of the startup and high-tech market, as well as financial and commercial sectors — an advantage
- Ability to work independently from home (self-managed schedule)
- Strong drive to succeed with uncapped earning potential
