Junior Graphic Designer (E-commerce Expertise)

We’re hiring a Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time, in-office position in the Jerusalem area – someone creative, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of design, performance, and technology. Must have native-level American English and strong familiarity with the U.S. consumer landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-converting, on-brand assets for e-commerce platforms including websites, email campaigns, social media, and paid ads.
• Create compelling product visuals, banners, A+ content, and storefront layouts – with a focus on platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and content) to support key launches, promotions, and storytelling needs.
• Use A/B testing and performance analytics to continuously optimize creative output.
• Utilize AI-powered tools (such as Photoshop AI, Canva, Midjourney, or Runway) to speed up workflows and push creative boundaries.
• Stay current on design trends, platform updates, and emerging creative technologies.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints while adapting assets for different audiences and formats.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on design experience for e-commerce, ideally with premium or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of creating visual assets that drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience designing for Amazon (A+ content, product imagery, store pages) is a strong advantage.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma; familiarity with generative AI tools is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with iterative, data-driven design processes and A/B testing.
• A strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
