Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a .Net Server - Team Lead Developer located in Kfar Saba. The Team Lead Developer will oversee the design, development, and delivery of server-side software solutions using .Net technologies. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing applications, managing databases, and supporting infrastructure as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Leadership capability and experience managing software development teams
- Expertise in .Net Software Development and delivering high-quality solutions
- Proficient Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience with Databases and database management systems
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as it relates to application deployment and maintenance
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet project deadlines
- Proven experience in similar team lead roles is preferred
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
