Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North District, Israel, for a Senior Communications Systems Engineer. The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced communication systems, developing system architectures, and leading systems engineering processes. Daily tasks include conducting digital signal processing analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues and contributing to the successful deployment of aerospace and defense solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication Systems, including design, analysis, and optimization
• Strong expertise in Systems Design and System Architecture
• Significant experience with Systems Engineering methods and practices
• Advanced understanding of Digital Signal Processing concepts and applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver on deadlines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications
• Experience in the military or aerospace sectors is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew is an asset
