Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager role located on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring the timely delivery of development, customization, and integration projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing resources, conducting QA, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with clients will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shopify-related projects or the e-commerce industry.
• Strong proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring tasks to achieve objectives within set timelines and budgets.
• Experience in Drive project execution and working as an Expeditor to ensure the timely completion and delivery of project milestones.
• Skilled in Project quality standards and quality assurance to maintain high standards and oversee the accuracy of deliverables.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Shopify projects from kickoff to launch

• Manage timelines, tasks, and cross-team coordination

• Work directly with clients and act as a key point of contact

• Be hands-on inside Shopify (settings, flows, troubleshooting, structure)

• Define integration requirements and support implementation

• Conduct post-launch Shopify training sessions

• Identify bottlenecks and help improve internal processes
