Role Description

We are looking for a Growth-Oriented Digital Marketing Leader to take ownership of our acquisition, performance and digital growth strategy.

This is not a “campaign manager” role.

This is a key position with direct impact on product, revenue, and user experience.

You will:

• Lead and optimize digital acquisition channels
• Own performance marketing strategy and KPIs
• Analyze funnels, conversion rates and lead quality
• Work hands-on with GA4, CRM and BI systems to generate actionable insights
• Improve customer journeys across the funnel
• Manage external vendors and media partners
• Collaborate directly with senior management and insurance partners
• Identify growth opportunities across both online and offline channels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing & Growth
• Strong data orientation with the ability to translate numbers into business decisions
• Experience managing funnels, leads and performance KPIs
• Hands-on experience with GA4, CRM and BI systems
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment

• Experience in Finance or Insurance
• Experience improving digital products based on data
• Experience managing full customer journeys
• Experience in offline marketing (TV / Radio)
