We’re Hiring: Technology Recruitment Coordinator 🚀

We are looking for a Technology Recruitment Coordinator to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of tech positions.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse technology roles
• Work directly with business clients, high-tech companies, and public sector organizations
• Conduct sourcing, interviews, candidate management, and closing processes
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams
• Thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment with real growth opportunities

• At least 1 year of experience in technology recruitment (must)
• Proven ability to meet targets and succeed in a competitive environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Sales experience – an advantage
• High level of independence, responsibility, organization, and time management

• Hybrid model – only one day per week from home
• Salary: 11,000–12,000 ILS + bonuses
• Full-time position: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00
• Location: Ramat HaHayal (initial training during the first month in Ra’anana)

• Experience from staffing agencies or software houses
• Degree in Social Sciences / Human Resources / Technological studies
• Final-year students who have already started working in tech recruitment are welcome to apply
