Job Description:

Operation, control, and maintenance of various energy production facilities to ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain production integrity in line with budgetary goals.

The role requires working in shifts to provide 24/7 coverage of site operations.

Collaborate with the Remote Operation Center (ROC) to monitor and operate the plant and improve performance.

Act as an emergency technician for incidents on-site and off-site, assisting the Event Manager in implementing emergency plans as required.

Work regularly in the control room, monitoring key metrics such as temperature and air pressure.

Strong understanding of safety regulations in an industrial environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• Practical technical experience in an industrial environment or production facility (through internship, military service, technician roles, work in production facilities, or hands-on training) – mandatory.
• Very high level of English proficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Good basic understanding of hygiene, health, safety, and operational environment regulations.
• Experience working in a production team in a process plant – advantageous.
