Elbit Systems is seeking a Quality Manager for Programs and R&D to join our Netanya site

Responsibilitie

sLead quality management across business units and R&D (system, hardware, and software), from proposal phase to customer deliver

yConduct internal quality audit

sPrepare for and support external quality audit

sRespond to quality requirements in tender

sMonitor program quality KPI

sLead cross-organizational quality initiative

tsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or Manageme

ntDegree in Quality Engineering or CQE/CQM certification – advanta

gePrevious experience in development or integration roles – advanta

geMinimum 5 years of experience leading complex projects or process

esFamiliarity with hardware or software development processes and Agile methodologies – advanta

geExperience in development-to-production transf

erKnowledge of AS9100 quality standar

dsProven experience in matrix management with multiple interfac

esStrong leadership, process ownership, and dynamic approa
