Senior Data Scientist

We’re at the cutting edge of the casino gaming industry, developing the next generation of intelligent software that powers real-time insights and personalized player experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Strategy & Analytics team and play a pivotal role in building and deploying advanced ML and GenAI solutions.

💡 What will you do?

• Design and deploy predictive models, ML pipelines, and GenAI/LLM solutions that drive business impact
• Build RAG pipelines and agent-based frameworks enabling natural language and decision support capabilities
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to turn data into operational intelligence
• Own model governance, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Influence the data science roadmap and mentor future hires

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in Python and developing ML models in production
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based technologies
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Experience with data systems and orchestration (PostgreSQL, Spark, Airflow, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.)
• Background in casino/gaming is a plus
• Fluency in English and ability to work with global stakeholders

📍 The role is based in Israel with collaboration across the US and Macau.
