Join the Aircraft Division and take part in the production and conversion of advanced business jets, integrating cutting-edge airborne electrical systems into some of the most innovative aircraft in the industry.

The Position includes:

• Ongoing support of production and aircraft conversion lines for business jets, from development phase to serial manufacturing

• Participation in aircraft development teams, focusing on airborne electrical systems, wiring installations, and harness integration

• Development and implementation of testing methodologies, including design and integration of test equipment (ATE)

• Implementation of engineering changes in existing aircraft, including required wiring modifications

• Technical support for operational and installation issues related to airborne electrical systems and harnesses

• Writing manufacturing instructions and technical method cards for production lines

• Planning and updating manufacturing BOM structures, including logistical follow-up and implementation according to engineering changes and customer requirements

• Preparation of cost proposals for test setups and installation configurations

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts in existing aircraft platforms

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in complex, multidisciplinary projects (Electrical, Electronics, Software, Mechanical) – mandatory

• Proven experience in at least one of the following: airborne electrical systems, wiring & integration, or harness installation – mandatory

• Experience with CATIA – advantage

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams (WD), installation drawings, and specifications – advantage

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and system testing – advantage

• SAP knowledge – advantage

• Familiarity with civil aviation standards – advantage

• System-level thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• High level of English
