Omnisys is seeking an Outsourced Account Manager for a role that includes managing security-related client portfolios, leading sales processes, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, increasing business activity, and creating and managing new business opportunities.

In addition, the role includes end-to-end employee management responsibilities, including employment administration, employee onboarding, periodic review meetings, employee retention, and handling operational matters.

The position also involves recruitment-related activities, such as working with hiring managers, opening and managing new job requisitions, promoting and advancing candidates, preparing salary offers, and conducting negotiations with procurement stakeholders.
