Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Kfar Saba, Israel

Duration: 12 Months - Extendable

SOW:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via email, chat, and in-person.
Troubleshoot system, network, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
Manage IT inventory and coordinate procurement.
Conduct user onboarding, training, and orientation.
Document all incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.

Skills & Tools:

Windows, macOS, SCCM, JAMF, Tanium
Networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
PowerShell scripting (basic)
ServiceNow / MDM tools
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Qualifications:

3–5 years’ experience in desktop/IT support
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred)
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL (advantageous)
