Head Of Legal

We are looking for someone to serve as the company’s sole legal counsel, responsible for leading and managing all legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters across the organization. In this role, you will independently support the business end-to-end while partnering with external law firms and specialized advisors, as needed, to ensure comprehensive and high-quality legal coverage.

What will you do?

• Manage the company’s corporate affairs, including administration of the company’s ESOP plan.
• Oversee and manage business license applications and renewals, particularly across U.S. jurisdictions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program covering marketing and advertising regulations pertaining to gaming and financial services verticals, and compliance with data protection regulations and other applicable legal frameworks.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to executive leadership and business teams on new product verticals, market expansions, and strategic initiatives, identifying legal risks and proposing commercially viable solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product to support day-to-day legal needs, operational decision-making, and company-wide initiatives.
• Build, streamline, and continuously improve legal processes, templates, and internal workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted internal resource for legal and compliance matters, delivering clear, practical recommendations that enable business teams to move forward confidently while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  
  

• LLB/JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Israel.
• At least 8 years of relevant legal experience working with technology companies on commercial and/or corporate matters. In-house experience and experience advising on marketing / advertising law are strongly preferred.
• Full professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  
  

• Strong experience in commercial contracting, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and online marketing agreements.
• Experience in privacy / data protection, gaming regulation, and the Ad-Tech industry - an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive legal projects end-to-end, acting as sole counsel to the company while managing outside counsels when needed.
• Experience supporting regulated industries and multi-jurisdictional compliance matters - an advantage.
