Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the work of onsite labor teams, ensuring project execution is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with required standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the workforce and management, facilitating clear communication and smooth operational flow.
- Translate project plans and drawings into actionable, practical tasks for teams in the field, ensuring seamless and efficient on‑site execution.
- Valid Certified Site Manager license.
- At least 7 years of experience in construction execution management.
- Experience in security‑classified projects – an advantage.
- Experience in projects involving complex electromechanical systems – an advantage.
- Proven background in industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in structural work and concrete construction.
- Ability to operate independently and manage all on‑site activities autonomously.
- Experience in installing HVAC systems and clean piping – an advantage.
- Experience in electrical rooms, electrical infrastructure, low‑voltage systems, and building management systems (BMS) – an advantage.
- Willingness to work extended hours and handle demanding workloads.
