• Manage and coordinate the work of onsite labor teams, ensuring project execution is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with required standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the workforce and management, facilitating clear communication and smooth operational flow.
• Translate project plans and drawings into actionable, practical tasks for teams in the field, ensuring seamless and efficient on‑site execution.
  

• Valid Certified Site Manager license.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction execution management.
• Experience in security‑classified projects – an advantage.
• Experience in projects involving complex electromechanical systems – an advantage.
• Proven background in industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in structural work and concrete construction.
• Ability to operate independently and manage all on‑site activities autonomously.
• Experience in installing HVAC systems and clean piping – an advantage.
• Experience in electrical rooms, electrical infrastructure, low‑voltage systems, and building management systems (BMS) – an advantage.
• Willingness to work extended hours and handle demanding workloads.
