A fast-growing global energy company is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its Corporate Legal team.

This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing attorney with 3–4 years of experience in corporate law and securities law, currently practicing in the international department of a leading/top-tier Israeli law firm, who is ready to make a meaningful transition into an in-house role.

We are looking for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and highly motivated — a lawyer who is not only strong technically, but also genuinely interested in the business side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on corporate governance matters of a publicly listed company
• Providing ongoing counsel on corporate and securities law matters
• Assisting with regulatory filings and disclosure obligations
• Supporting global compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing business impact
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across legal, finance, and business teams

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of post-internship experience
• Experience in corporate law and securities law
• Background in the international department of a leading/top-tier law firm
• Native-level Hebrew and English (mandatory)
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Business-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership
