A leading global high-tech company is looking for a Workday HCM Lead to join a major global Workday implementation and transformation project.
Role Overview:
• Lead the IT side of the Workday HCM implementation
• Partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and global SI partners
• Drive design and implementation of HR processes, including employee lifecycle and organizational foundations
• Own integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
• Lead testing cycles, troubleshooting, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Define architecture, data flows, and global standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Workday experience – required
• Proven experience leading Workday or large HRIS implementations
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
• Strong understanding of HR processes and organizational structures
• Fluent English – required
Nice to have:
• Oracle HCM background
• Workday certifications
