Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Lead – Systems & Information Security for a key role combining team leadership with Hands-On responsibilities . Full responsibility for core organizational infrastructure, architecture planning and implementation , system hardening , incident management , and continuous improvement of availability, resilience, and information security. The role involves multiple interfaces and leading end-to-end infrastructure and security projects .

🌟 Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in system roles in medium-large organizations (1000+ users)
• Experience leading a team or holding cross-functional responsibility (Tech Lead)
• Strong experience with Microsoft environment: Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft 365
• Experience managing Windows & Linux servers
• Experience with Azure
• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture and information security
• Good English skills – mandatory

💡 Advantages:

• Experience with Nutanix and/or VMware
• Experience with backup systems (Veeam / Commvault / HYCU or similar)
