Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter, based in Herzliya with opportunities for remote work. The Technical Recruiter will manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical roles. Responsibilities involve building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, conducting technical assessments in collaboration with hiring managers, and maintaining strong communication with both candidates and external stakeholders. The Technical Recruiter will also nurture long-term relationships with potential talent to support ongoing organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• In-depth understanding of various technical roles and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience working with customers.
• Experience working with social networks, especially LinkedIn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
