About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Motion Designer & AI Video Creator to craft hyper-realistic, brand-driven content using cutting-edge generative tools. You'll help shape the future of visual storytelling for global brands across various industries, blending cinematic motion design with advanced AI.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create high-end storyboards and videos using tools like Runway, Sora, Google Flow, Nano Banana, etc.
• Produce performance-driven video ads, social media creatives, and UGC-style content based on marketing briefs
• Write and refine prompts for consistent, on-brand AI outputs.
• Stay up to date with AI tools, tech, and visual trends.
• Conceptualize, design, and animate - from idea to final delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a motion designer.
• Strong background in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (generative video, image, motion, automation, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and AI-generated video work
• Expertise in video editing, including cutting, pacing, transitions, and sound synchronization.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
