The Defense Division of IMCO Industries

is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Wages Management: Lead all aspects of wages and human capital financials, including forecasting, P&L analysis, Budget Vs Actual comparison and more.
Financial Strategy: Drive annual budget and long-term financial strategies, collaborating with stakeholders and providing actionable insights.
Budget Monitoring: Monitor expenses cross-functional departments, including budget approvals and expenses control.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Deliver accurate financial statements, management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses.
Select, implement, and own financial systems and automation tools.
Build scalable processes for AR/AP, vendor management, and expense controls.
Conduct cost-accounting analysis of the company's products, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize the cost structure.

Requirements:

BA in Economics – required; Master’s degree – advantage.
5–8 years of experience in budget preparation, P&L analysis, and financial controlling.
Strong English communication skills – written and spoken.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling expertise.
Solid understanding of accounting principles for Opex and Capex management.
Experience in a global manufacturing company – strong advantage.
Experience with Priority ERP – strong advantage.
