Tax Manager

Tax Manager will be responsible for tracking record and keeping businesses compliant with various Israeli (incentives, direct and indirect taxes), international, US state, and federal tax regulations, transfer pricing and filing requirements. Prepare tax estimations and tax accounting analysis and planning. Prepare material, oversee audit and seek potential tax saving opportunities.

This is a temp 10 month position

in particular the Tax Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparing and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions and tax accounting
• Forecasting quarterly global tax rate and expenses.
• Administering tax audits on worldwide basis
• Adhering to tax regulations
• Investigating new tax laws and developments
• Identifying and communicate issues that may arise in tax dealings
• Record keeping of foreign income tax filings
• Reconciling income tax accounts
• Calculating and managing income tax advance payments exploring for benefit programs
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA
• 6 years’ experience or higher
• Experience in public companies – an advantage
• Big four alumni – an advantage
• Knowledge of US GAAP - Expertise in ASC 740
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Computer experience with MS Office applications and Oracle ERP system – an advantage
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment
• Ability to work well with others
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external customers
• Fluent English
