Job Description

We are looking for someone who loves numbers, organization, and business logic.

You will be the "heartbeat" of our finance department, ensuring every dollar is accounted for, and data backs every decision.

The Role: This is a hybrid role. We are not looking for a passive bookkeeper who records history. We are looking for a Controller who can manage the day-to-day financial operations AND provide high-level analysis on profitability, marketing performance, and cash flow.

What You Will Do:

1. The Foundation (Daily Operations & Control):

• Expense Management: Categorize expenses accurately and manage the approval process.
• Reconciliations (Crucial): Perform daily/weekly cross-matching between our CRM and Bank Accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Invoicing & Payments: Manage AP/AR and ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Closing the Month: Lead the month-end close process and produce accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reports.

2. The Value Add (Analysis & Strategy):

• Marketing Efficiency: Analyze marketing spend and calculate real-time ROI / ROAS. Could you help us understand where we are making money?
• KPI Dashboards: Maintain weekly dashboards for the management team (Revenue, Margins, LTV, CAC).
• Cash Flow: Manage cash flow forecasts and alert management on burn rate or budget deviations.
• Proactive Insights: Don't just send a report—tell us what the numbers mean. Identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.

Who You Are:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Financial Analyst.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Excel Wizard: You dream in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Detail-Oriented: You spot a $10 discrepancy immediately.
• Business Mindset: You understand that finance is about supporting business growth, not just tax compliance.
• Language: Excellent Business English (Written & Spoken).

Tech Stack:

• Experience with QuickBooks
• High proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
