Senior Systems Engineer – ELINT Systems

ELTA Division is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for ELINT Systems

About the Role

The role includes:

• Managing all aspects of the processing and fusion centers within the department, from defining future product lines to implementing development plans and overseeing engineering processes.
• Analyzing customer requirements and operational needs, defining system characteristics and requirements, coordinating work interfaces with different technological teams, and supporting development processes.
• Regular interaction with clients, overseeing system integration during development and delivery, including several trips abroad per year.
• Leading algorithmic aspects and working with intelligence processing and fusion centers.

Requirements:

• BSc in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering – required.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Lead Product Manager – required.
• Background in intelligence systems (ELINT/COMINT etc.) – required.
• Experience in algorithm development – required.
• MSc in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science – advantage.
• High-level English proficiency – writing, reading, and speaking.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Willingness to travel abroad 3–4 times per year.
• Leadership skills, flexible thinking, organizational skills, high self-learning ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
