Bynet is hiring a Collaboration Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop deep expertise and take part in some of the most complex and exciting technology projects in Israel in the realms of VoIP and Collaboration.

🎯 What will your day look like?

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Unified Communications solutions in On-Prem, Hybrid, and Cloud setups from Cisco, including:
• On-Prem solutions: CUCM, IMP, CUC, UCCX, CMS, CMM, Expressway, CUBE, Voice Gateways, Jabber
• Hybrid & Cloud solutions: Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, Webex Devices, Webex App
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Session Border Controller products from vendors such as Oracle, Cisco, and AudioCodes
• In-depth troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues requiring strong knowledge in Networking, Security, and Systems
• Conducting POCs (Proof of Concept) for complex and unique solutions before project deployment
• Executing large-scale, complex projects for strategic clients
• Continuous professional development and deepening knowledge of emerging technologies

🧩 What we are looking for

• Strong understanding of IT and Networking
• Experience in data networking (CCNA level or higher)
• Experience with virtualization and server environments
• High ability for self-learning
• Good command of English
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Driver’s license

Additional skills

• Experience with Cisco Unified Communication products
• Familiarity with SIP, RTP, SDP protocols
• Basic scripting/programming skills
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows servers
