Glyance is a growing medical aesthetics company manufacturing dermal fillers under ISO 13485. We are preparing for CE certification.

We are looking for a hands-on professional with 2–5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, specifically in clean room environments, coming from Production, QA, or Engineering.

This role is intended for early-career professionals and is not a senior management position.

Role Overview

Reports directly to the Site Manager and supports daily manufacturing activities and production documentation in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Writing and maintaining SOPs, batch records, and work instructions
• Documentation of process validation, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation
• Coordinating daily production activities
• Supporting supervision of production staff
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and traceability
• Supporting CE preparation activities and audits
• Maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing
• Experience working in clean room environments
• Background in Production, QA, or Engineering
• Experience writing controlled production documentation
• Familiarity with ISO 13485

Strong Advantage:

• Experience with injectable products or sterile manufacturing
